Disney's new Genie+ services can be confusing for those new to Disney, but don't worry I've got this post and two others to help you understand everything before your trip! Let's go ahead and get into what the Individual Lightning Lanes are and which rides are in this category.
Individual Lightning Lanes are for the more high demand attractions in the parks, and are purchased individually. Guests may purchase and select an arrival window one at a time for up to 2 attractions a day. Individual Lightning Lanes are available for all guests, with or without Genie+ services. This means that you don't have to have Genie+ to purchase an Individual Lightning Lane.
Now, let's cover which rides are available for Individual Lightning Lane at each park:
Magic Kingdom - Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Space Mountain
Epcot - Frozen Ever After and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure
Hollywood Studios - Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance
Animal Kingdom - Avatar Flight of Passage

What Does it Cost?
The Individual Lightning Lanes do not have a set cost - costs vary based on time of year and popularity of the ride. The price usually ranges between $7-$15 per person per ride. For example, Remy's Ratatouille Adventure will be $9 plus tax per person on October 19th and $11 plus tax per person on October 23rd.
How to Purchase:
You can make Individual Lightning Lane purchases within the Disney Genie service Tip Board or My Day itinerary in the My Disney Experience App on the same day of your visit. Guests staying at a Disney resort and other select hotels can make their first purchase starting at 7am the day of their visit. All other guests can make their first purchase when the park opens.
